This was a ground up design assist project for the construction of a 5,300 sf 2 story Restaurant and Brewery. Features of the family owned and operated brewpub include 1,500 sf on-site brewery operation, full service kitchen and upper level exterior deck. The restaurant features two dining rooms and 2 full service bars.

Located in Old Elkhorn site conditions proved to be challenging with unknown utilities and tight adjacencies to neighboring buildings.

The project met all expectations for budget and schedule.
