John II is a seasoned construction professional holding almost all positions from Project Engineer to Vice President of Healthcare with a top-five national construction organization. With over 36 years of hands-on and executive management experience, he guides his client’s projects to success.
He has been a small business owner before and he understands the challenges that owners face. Working from the first line of the design to the long-term operational needs, John II and his team provide their clients the advice and information necessary to make informed business decisions. John II is McLeay Building Company's managing partner.
John II and his wife Marguerite are proud parents of four grown children and doting grandparents to 12 grandchildren. They are very active in the community and believe that everyone should have the chance to build a good life.

With his love of service and his passion for building, John III brings experience from nearly every facet of the industry. His positions have included general laborer, carpenter, engineer, project manager, superintendent, and a Vice President at mid-sized local companies. Our "swiss army knife", there's nothing he can't build.
In his 20 plus years of experience, he learned the value of genuine leadership and respect for those he serves. Those attributes translate into great value, customer service, and a mastery of the craft.
John III fulfills a professional dream as the Vice President of Operations at the McLeay Building Company. His favorite motto is build the builder.
He is most proud of his beautiful wife Amy, and their 4 children: Johnny, Zac, Jack, and Taylor.
