Addy's SPORTS bar & Grill

 A favorite local sports bar all over Omaha. This would be the third location for this very successful Bar and Grill Owner. This was a renovation of a former national food chain with the original plan for maintaining the majority of the kitchen area and reconfiguration of the bar and dining area. The project experienced several challenges including neglected maintenance and new code compliance issues.

The failure of a metal fixture supplier brought McLeay Building Company into the requirement to self-fabricate all of the overhead steel suspension system for the 30 plus televisions located in the bar area. This is a branded feature of all Addy’s locations. The work was completed on-site and still met schedule requirements.
