Building a family construction company was always been a long-term dream. The father/son team of John II and John III decided to pair their decades of hands-on construction business operations experience into a client-focused company with historical work experience constructing well over half a billion dollars of new and renovation projects in industries ranging from medical to corporate. No project is too daunting or complex for this balanced team. 

McLeay Building Company was founded with the operational goal of allowing the McLeay’s to be personally engaged in the construction of each their projects. They recognized after years of construction projects that the project leadership was the key factor in the success of all construction projects. John III leads as the field operations while John II oversees the project management. 

At McLeay Building Company, our goals are not to be the largest company or to build mega-projects - we have done that. Our goals are to build our clients' dreams, your dreams. By doing so, we accomplish ours.
